Lindon City works to promote safe and welcoming neighborhoods as well as attractive business areas. The city helps property owners come into compliance with city nuisance, property maintenance, and zoning codes by notifying property owners who are not in compliance. Most code compliance cases are resolved through a courtesy notice and voluntary correction agreement. The typical notice period to correct a violation is twenty-eight days.
