ODR HELP
The State of Utah is piloting the use of online dispute resolution (ODR) in small claims cases at select courts throughout the state – including the Lindon Justice Court.


After filing your small claims case with the court - it is automatically sent to the ODR system where both parties will be required to “log on” to the MyCase application.


The plaintiff (filer) will be emailed a link and password from courtsystems@utcourts.gov (using the email you provided on the Affidavit/Summons)

**BEFORE CONTACTING THE COURT**

  • If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.
  • If you do not receive your password, click “Forgot/Reset Password?”

 

The defendant will log on using the information on the Affidavit/Summons served on them.
